立方体に加工された庵治石にキャンドル用の凹部を設けています。天面と側面には麻の葉模様の彫刻を施し彫刻部分には漆芸装飾技法の一つ「蒟醤(きんま)技法」で漆を埋め込んでいます。

Candle holder designed by JURY KAWAMURA.
Aji stone, processed into a cube, has recesses for candles. The top and sides are carved with a hemp leaf pattern. The carved parts are embedded with lacquer using the "KINMA" technique, one of the lacquer decoration techniques.

With a unique and creative design sense that challenges conventional paradigm has brought fresh innovation to the jewelry industry, earning global recognition. In addition to his talent as a jewelry designer, he is a multi-creator known across a wide range of fields.

Since 2020, he has been showcasing stone sculpture works, and in 2022, he unveiled collaborative pieces with artist Daniel Arsham. That year, he also released a collaboration with Yohji Yamamoto, led by renowned designer Yohji Yamamoto (山本耀司).
