建築家。
県建築課の職員として丹下健三設計の県庁舎完成までを支え、その後地元香川の風土に根差した建築やデザインは何か、を模索・追求し続けた人。主な建築に、屋島陸上競技場(現存せず)、喫茶 城の眼、イサム家(移築設計)、瀬戸内海歴史民俗資料館、テアトロンなど。

Architect (1923-1998).
Supported the completion of the Kagawa Prefectural Government Building designed by Kenzo Tange while working as a staff member of the Prefectural Building Department. Subsequently, he dedicated himself to exploring and pursuing architecture and design rooted in the local culture of Kagawa. His major works include Yashima Athletic Stadium (no longer exists), Cafe Shiro no Me, Isamu Noguchi's house (relocated design), Seto Inland Sea History and Folklore Museum, and Theatron.
